- 1. Choose your course.
Oxford admits by course, not by college. Read the faculty prospectus in full before you commit.
- 2. Register for the entrance test.
Register through Pearson VUE by mid-September. Test dates fall in October.
- 3. Submit UCAS by 15 October.
The Oxford deadline is fixed and non-negotiable. Personal statements should be drafted, redrafted and reviewed by a specialist.
- 4. Sit the entrance test.
TMUA, ESAT, UCAT, TARA, HAT or MLAT depending on course.
- 5. Interview in December.
Two to four interviews across one or more colleges, held online or in Oxford.
- 6. Decision in January.
Offers, pool decisions or unsuccessful notifications are released in mid-January.
