Who are Altheone's mentors?+
Current Oxford students, each mentoring within their own subject. Students are matched by course to ensure specialist guidance throughout the admissions process
When should a student begin?+
Ideally 6-12 months before applying, though later starts may be possible depending on the student's stage of preparation.
How many students do you accept?+
We work with a limited number of students each admissions cycle, ensuring every student receives highly personalised mentoring.
What is the format of a session?+
Ninety-minute, one-to-one online sessions, held weekly and recorded for future review. More sessions are available upon request.
How are parents kept informed?+
Parents receive regular(fornightly) written progress reports outlining development, mentor feedback, and priorities for the weeks ahead. A senior advisor is available for direct correspondence.
Do you guarantee an offer?+
No. Admission decisions are made solely by the University of Oxford. Our role is to ensure every student is as well prepared as possible.
What are the fees?+
Fees are given after the diagnostic, reflecting the course, hours and duration. All fees are disclosed in writing before commencement.
Which exams do you cover?+
TMUA, ESAT, UCAT, TARA, HAT and MLAT, alongside subject interview preparation and personal statement development.
