I.

Our Approach.

The methods by which we teach. Sequenced, measured, and accountable.

I.

Baseline & Diagnosis

Each student begins with a full-length diagnostic under exam conditions.

Errors are catalogued by concept, not by paper.

The mentor writes a private academic brief before the first lesson.

II.

One-to-One Instruction

Weekly ninety-minute sessions with the assigned Oxford mentor.

Sessions are live, camera-on, and recorded for the student's review.

No group classes. No rotating tutors.

III.

Directed Practice

Between sessions the student works from a bespoke problem set.

Each attempt is timed, marked and returned within twenty-four hours.

The mistake notebook is reviewed at the opening of every lesson.

IV.

Mock Interview Cycles

Three formal mock interviews with Oxford graduates in course.

Recorded, transcribed and analysed line by line.

Delivered in the exact style of the student's target college.

V.

Written Accountability

Every fortnight, a formal progress report is issued.

Metrics, mentor commentary, and next-fortnight objectives are documented.

Nothing is left to impression.
